Today we took a hike up the Savage River Trail hoping to see Dall Sheep. We did not think we were going to be this lucky. When we topped the ridge, there were 5 male Dall Sheep right there. We sat for an hour or more and just watched them eat. This was a very exciting day and well worth the hike to the top of the ridge.

saw your blog on 'celebrating 20' and wanted to check you out. I'm envious that you've gotten to stay all summer for 3 years. We had 3 months in 2008 and would love to go back once I get to retire (the 3 months was a once in a lifetime leave kind of thing).
